I see the nanny state is at it again. Next thing all males aged between 18 and 23 will have to be married on their 18th birthday to be able to get a driving license as single males have more traffic accidents than married males. Then they cam bring in the family Law office to ensure there are no marriages of convenience. Just as bloody stupid.
