Would you happen to know if Jack Waye who raced a Holway is in way related to the 1953 Waye 500 F3 built in South Australia that ran with both JAP and Norton engines at one time or another ?
Jack Waye was my grandfather, and he built both the Waye 500, and later the Holway Sports Racer. The first two pics are Jack's widow, Margaret "Billie" Waye, with Ian Morgan who took the Holway when Jack died. The pics were taken at the Grand Prix rally in Adelaide, some time in the early 1990s.

Pleased to say that a Jack Waye definitely built the Waye 500, not sure but suspect he may have been the same as raced the Holway Special.
