ProdSports in the 70s.
Remember Fernando D'Alberto? I used to be amazed at the speed of his 260Z.
One of his mates from back then has dragged out some pictures from 1976. I thought I'd show you a few more because there's a few other cars I think you'll recognise.

John, I don't recognise the blue #18 Nagari in the 3rd photo, it seems to be at Calder. There must be lots of these old Prodsports photos laying around in drawers, one of the forgotten racing classes, Aussies seem to be tin-top focused. PeterG
It appears to be the same car that you showed in the Hume Weir set, the B+W ones, at the time you thought it was the Trevor Jones car. btw Steve Webb's car was a Sports in the 1975 SCW article. This car has an unusual bonnet - the late factory bulge with the front opened up. I have the Trevor Jones car as being originally painted V. Red (Vermillion Fire??) Does anyone know what is correct. I was thinking it may have been John Gourlay but he was still driving the Turner in 1976. Maybe it's Steve Webb.
