Why did Stacey's Mk.4 have that big heavy windscreen?
Well, to hold up the targa roof/t-top.
This is how it was in 2008 when it was advertised in Carpoint in Cronulla, NSW for $21,000.00

Kapunda - week 101
There's been a derelict unused house in Kapunda for as long as I have lived here. Look what's been in the backyard all that time.
Pete's other Mk.7
The doors on Peter Mac's Mk.7 have been getting some attention lately.
The now popular Toyota Corona rear door glass with the slight curve to allow the windows to "go down all the way" have been utilised.
The other day when I checked, Pete and Norm had spent the day tissuing the bonnet and doors. That was the really stormy day. I thought I would have been the only one silly enough to be venturing out in that.
