A very rare Maserati in NZ
Dave Hamlin, who, as you know, used to be a Kiwi, sent me some photos he took over there in November 2007 of this Maserati body being built for an Auckland client. "It is a rare Maserati, not sure of the year, but not more than about 20 built if I heard right".

It's a bit naughty of me to say "used to be a Kiwi". We don't lose our heritage do we. Not long ago I joined a Vintage Racers forum in America. Last time I looked, there were 40-odd Australians in the group, all lumped together on a separate page, including one bloke from Parkside, South Australia who raced a couple of Historic cars who wrote something like "how dare you call me an Australian, I'm CANADIAN!"
