Slick pit stops.

They were the days!

Stan has his Elfin for sale.

Elfin Clubman Type 3. Factory built by Elfin in 2004. Toyota
4AG GE 20 Valve motor and Toyota T50 gearbox. First registered
in November 2004. Arguably one of the best looking clubmans
built; with its clamshell front mudguards and inbuilt headlights.
The car comes with full weatherproofing, comprising door covers
and fitted hood. Rear axle is Escort LSD, 4.4:1 ratio. Alternative
3.78:1 crown wheel and pinion included. The motor is fitted with custom
made, oil surge free sump and has a dyno-tuned output of 92 KW
at the rear wheels. The gearbox has been fully rebuilt by Neat
Gearboxes and has shot peened and chemically polished gears,
for strength and low noise. This car is a known performer, has
been immaculately maintained, has very low mileage and deserves
to be enjoyed by someone who really appreciates the design and
quality of this respected brand. The vehicle has National registration
compliance. Price: $35,000 ono. Stan Ward : 0419 214 915.

Mk.5 on CarSales.

That black Mk.5 convertible has bobbed up again.
I wonder what its history is.

Homicide, Division 4.

We've all collected Nagari still shots from the old Crawford productions but this is my favourite.
Denise Drysdale in 1969.

We can get gel cracks.

But not like a Lotus.

Grey stuff - 58

The Ring Bros. Pantera.

What do you think?

No excuses!

I keep hearing "I'd love to go circuit sprinting but I couldn't afford it". But you could pick up a dear little twin-cam Daihatsu like this for a couple of hundred bucks.
That's a fair bit of fun for your buck if you ask me.

Looks dangerous.

Not exactly a Bolly road.
They may well have fallen off the edge after the photo was taken.

Another cute little car No.8

Who would have thought.

That the Hamilton Porsche 908 would have wound up as the Bingham Special.

B8/37

I mentioned the other day there's some serious work going on on this car. Here's an update. Garry's been down giving Rob Jones a hand @ RSR Sportscars to put the Hi Build filler on.

Not too sure about the company the car is keeping.

Favourite 3-wheelers No.18

I've heard of a leather omnibus.
This is a leather car.

At least one Bolly at Cars & Coffee Blackwood this morning.

Favourite 3-wheelers No.17

Keen model collector, Pete S, sent this photo of this Goliath record breaker model. Its speed record was for small capacity, under about 7 or 800cc.
This is the real thing. Borgward were right in amongst it in those days.

So that's where it is now.

Barry took these photos at the Whiteman Park Motor Museum.
Western Australian Paul Stubber took it to Europe for a season or two amongst the 956s. Glad to see it made it back again but I hope it's not locked in to a life as a static display.

Serious work on the Presidential Nagari.

No sense of humour.

What could possibly be wrong? No seat belt perhaps.
Anyway, come down from there.
And bring that seat with you.
Only in the land of the long white cloud.
You're a funny man Neville.

Green J & S Hunter.

Stacey, you didn't tell us about this one.
Went on the Shannons Club website to cast my vote for best car and lo-and-behold, this was one of the candidates.
