Well, Morgan have done it.
Made an electric sports car that is - the Morgan Plus E.
So how far away is the electric Nagari?

Correct me if I'm wrong (and I hope I am), but wasn't the electric Nagari project shelved when our short sighted governments offered no help whatsoever?

Why would the gummint have to help? If a commercial venture should not the promoters pay for it themselves? Costs of an electric conversion not too out of whack these days so as an OEM should be do-able. You may build it but the question is would the people buy it? Given the toyota motor version was more expensive than a Porker perhaps the gummint response was based on a reality check. Col
An electric Morgan???? What is the world coming to? I suppose it will appeal to the "I have to seen to be saving" planet moviecstar celibrity type of person who wouldn't know how to use a sports car properly if their life depended on it.
Check out the Varley evR-450, I don't know if it is in production, Varley are the largest producers od Electric vehicles in Oz, mainly Golf Carts etc. Hmmm Golf Carts(?) what about an Electric Ikara, that could be interesting, what about it John. PeterG

Sorry about the duplicate comments, but I get confused during the multiple attempts to prove I'm not a robot.
