Talking about the Efijy....
These sorts of projects are cropping up about the place.
and correct me if I'm wrong but can't you buy a fibreglass Efijy kit in Queensland?
Mind you, there were quite a few of these types of coupes around in the 50s/60s.
Come on JL. The Bobcat was an icon of the 1960's altho the latest iteration has lost the vinyl roof. Cannot compare something real from the 60's with a modern car manufacturers attempt to capitalize off the real deal. Holden teased us with the Effigy and then said "fuck off" and will take their manufacturing off shore. They loved Australia only as long as the govt gave them free handouts. Did Chrysler and later Mitsushitti ever pay their electricity bill at Lonsdale? Nope- the tax payers of SA did. And still they pissed off and went back overseas. They should be like Thailand (where Oz buys all its jappie pickups from) who have a 300% tariff on car imports to protect Thai jobs. Bloody good guvmint if you ask me not like the tools in oz who sell every Aussies job for a better deal on selling wheat and resources to China. Free Trade Agreement = shafting Aussies.Just another old bastard
