Progress
The yellow Mark 4.
Front end looking impressive to me.
Below is Stacey's friend who keeps him company on cold winter nights in the shed.

Queen's Birthday Honours.
There were 6 Queen's birthday gongs awarded this year in the field of motorsport including an AM for Casey Stoner but of the 6, three of them were South Australians and they were our friends Clem Smith, Margaret Hall and Peter Hall. Congratulations you 3. I think it's wonderful.

Corniche
My Portugese artist friend, Ricardo d'Assis Cordeiro has just completed this watercolour pencil piece.
I really like it. I wonder if it's because it reminds me of this.

Ragno
This makes me think of Ken's Ragno.
Just a bit newer, more expensive and it looks like it's got doors.

The Bruno Carosi Mark 5
The many visitors to the Longford pub never fail to notice the Mark 5 in one of the information displays on the walls there, Ross A included, who asks what has become of Bruno and the car.
Well, the car was destroyed in a fire, unfortunately, and Bruno later raced a Jag of some sort. Last I heard, admittedly some time ago, he was president of the Tasmanian Jag club. The Mark 5 was REPCO Holden powered, had X2 HD suspension and front disc brakes and one of the things it was famous for was its involvement in a very rare race dead heat.

Too hot?
Well, only Dean would know that.
This is the local McLaren Vale paper's report on our club visit. Thanks Scott for cutting it out.
